To join Phi Delta Epsilon at the University of Kansas, an individual must rush PhiDE through our Recruitment process. Recruitment occurs at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semester. An opportunity to learn more details about Phi Delta Epsilon. All Potential New Members (PNM’s) must attend.

PNM’s will be placed at a table with 2 current members of PhiDE. In a fun, relaxed setting, PNM’s will answer a wide spectrum of questions ranging from favorite disney characters to more serious questions regarding their passion for medicine.

An invitation only event. Social night allows for PNM’s to interact with other members of the chapter by participating in a game show pertaining to PhiDE facts.

Our final step in the recruitment process. Each PNM selected will meet with 2-3 members of our chapter for an interview.

Rush Requirements
Recruitment Requirements
- Must be presently enrolled as a full-time student
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.15
- Present at all recruitment events
- Must be a pre-medical student planning to attend medical school (M.D. or D.O.)
